A guide for easy portions

Ready to dial-in your nutrition, but not quite ready to weigh and measure every morsel?

A small step that will make a huge change is looking at your portion sizes. A super easy and quick way to do this is to use your plate as your guide.

This is what I do:

½ of the plate are the veggies, preferably a rainbow of colors. Pile em on!

¼ of the plate will be your protein. (You can also judge the size by using the palm of your hand as a guide).

¼ of the plate are your quality carbohydrates. Aim for high fiber.

With fats, think about the first digit of your thumb-- add about that much, and you’ve got a pretty balanced plate!
