Healthy (and easy af) grab-and-go snack ideas
Hi, my name is Katie, and I'm a snacker.
I love snacks, probably more than meals. I find that, while I'm pretty regimented during the week, I tend to graze during the weekends. Not that either one is better than the other, as long as healthy choices are being made.
Healthy snacks ideas are a frequent request I get as a nutrition coach, and with back-to-school coming up soon (which means back-to-work for me!), I figured I'd share some of my favorite snack ideas. I usually aim to have protein and some fat to help feel satiated (and taste good!), and I try to make snacks as close to whole-food form as possible.
This list isn't exhaustive, but it's a good start.
