60 Days of Small Steps
Summertime is what parents call “crunch time”.
The days of “summers off”, free time, and relaxing getaways are replaced with:
🏖kids home all day, expecting constant entertainment
🏖shuttling kids from camps and practice, eliminating any and all “free time”
🏖jam-picked weekend of bbqs and parties
🏖vacations that are fun for the family, but definitely not a “vacation” for parents
While summers are definitely special, they can be stressful to parents. Schedules and routines are thrown off, making it hard to fit in your regular movement and workouts. Food can be tricky to navigate at a party or on vacation, so you may eat stuff you normally don’t (which, for vacations, is totally normal!). Planning, packing, and navigating can be ALL KINDS OF STRESSFUL (did you remember to pack Lambie???).

60 Days of Successful Summer is NOT a diet/workout challenge—I know your summer is packed, and your schedule is going to be all over the place. This is a great program for those looking to squeeze in some simple action items to help you move the needle towards a healthier you.
60 Days of Successful Summer (#60DSS) starts 6/01/2021 and runs through 7/31/2021. Each day, you will receive an email with 5 options to choose from (I suggest choosing a minimum of 2, but you can certainly do more on days you have more time!).
